People use Wish List in different ways. Some customers use it as a “Save for Later” list. Some use it to store items they are considering buying in the current shopping session (while narrowing). Some create Wish Lists explicitly to send to friends and family to give them gift ideas
After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse on the same day, or, at the latest, the following work day. Orders via Bank transfer are sent out on the day we receive the payment.
– Delivery charges are the logistics and shipping cost required to bring your ordered items to your door step or terminal as the case implies.
– These charges are shown as the shipping cost at your checkout
If you’re dissatisfied with an item you have received, you may contact Customer Support for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). For details on items eligible for return, how to process a return, and refund information, see the Returns and Refunds in IKIDDIES Support.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, contact Customer Support.
Every product has an Availability noted on our website and on your order confirmation email. The Availability displays how many we have in stock or an estimate on how long it will take us to get that product ordered and delivered to us from the manufacturer. If your order contains special order items, you will be contacted with the availability estimates for those items.
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay securely with your local and international debit cards; Visa, MasterCard, Verve. Cash on delivery (Lagos and Abuja only at the moment).
Payment can be made by Direct Bank transfer into our account; Visible after your order.
• All orders are processed after payment has been confirmed.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option cancel your order within one hour of purchase.

Yes. In addition to credit cards we accept bank payments(Nationwide) and cash on delivery (Lagos and Abuja Only).

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. You may also receive a call from our customer service department ( Not necessary at all time).

To track your order:
1. Go to your Order History to select your order
2. Go to “Delivery Method” to view your shipment delivery information.
3. If your order has shipped, you will see and this links to your shipment delivery details including the estimated order delivery date.
We ship to Nigeria only at this moment. We will keep you informed and updated when shipping to other countries is added.
We also do not ship to the following 9 states at the moment: Adamawa, Borno, Gombe, Sokoto, Zamfara, Kebbi, Katsina, Jigawa and Yobe. We are seriously working hard to resume shipping to this states.
During checkout, you may select a shipping address that is different from your billing address. Please ensure that you or an authorised representative is able to receive the delivery.

All other locations aside from these offer ONLY terminal pickup.

On rare occasions or in remote areas there sometimes might be a delay. IKIDDIES unfortunately has no influence on this. If the announced shipping times are exceeded significantly, please contact our Order-Support with your order number.
Make a complain to our sales department and we will organize the returns and replacement.
